SOLUSI MEMPERBAIKI SEMUA IC TV!

Hari ini kedatangan 2 buah Tv Toshiba BOMBA dengan kerusakan 1 tak ada warna yang kedua sync horisontalnya. Keduanya menggunakan satu buah IC tipe ECMVT8891XXXXXXX.
so......!!!!! setelah korek sana sini gak ada perubahan akirnya aku lepas IC ECMVT8891 dan aku bersihkan disela2 kakinya pakai pisau cutter. Hasilnya bisa dilihat seperti di gambar ini:

NB: setelah pengorekan jangan lupa meneteskan lem cair agar awet dan tak balik lagi kotorannya.
tapi semua itu hanya solusi ya.....??? Kalau emang udah rusak benar ya diganti baru.
Tidak ada salahnya dicoba buat teman2 yang jauh dari kota seperti kami.

HOTEL MODE TV SHARP

Tv Sharp universe type 14W20 dengan kerusakan menu auto/manual search chanel tidak bisa di akses,juga menu CH-SETTING.Kerusakan seperti ini dengan menu CH-SETTING yang berubah warna menjadi ungu dimana normalnya hijau.Sebenarnya hal seperti ini karena fungsi HOTEL MODE pada tv dalam posisi ON/aktif sehingga secara otomatis menonaktifkan fungsi AUTO/MANUAL/CHANEL SETTING.
Mungkin anda secara tidak sengaja mengkombinasikan tombol unik dengan remote control karena remote tertindih badan anda waktu ketiduran menonton tv,atau mungkin karena remote control dibuat mainan oleh balita anda.Untuk mengatasi masalah ini ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:pertama gunakan remote control dan tekan tombol MENU gulir ke FEATURE gulir lagi ke BLUE BACK posisi ON kemudian tekan dan tahan tombol -/– selama 5 detik,kemudian masukan password 1379 kemudian tekan tombol V+ untuk menonaktifkan HOTEL MODE.
Cara ini untuk tv Sharp Wonder/Universe yang sudah memiliki fitur STEREO,sedangkan untuk fitur MONO melalui langkah berikut:gunakan remote control dan tekan tombol FUNCTION berulang-ulang sampai di LANGUAGE set ke ENGLISH lalu tekan tombol -/– dan masukkan password 1379 lalu non-aktifkan HOTEL MODE dengan menekan V+. Dengan langkah-langkah di atas, permasalahan susah mengakses AUTO/MANUAL/CHANEL SETTING pun bisa teratasi.

TAMBAHAN HOTEL MODE SHARP

Matikan TV tekan AC power (tidak dari remot)
Tekan dan Tahan V- Dan P+ secara bersama-sama.
Hidupkan Tv dengan menekan tombol power AC.
Tekan menu untuk masuk hotel mode.
Tombol P-,P+ untuk pindah
Tombol v-,V+ untuk merubah.
Matikan Tv untuk menyimpan

MENGURANGI RESIKO PERGANTIAN MESIN TV PADA CRT THOSIBA

Pada 2 tahun yang lalu kami melakukan pergantian mesin pada tv jenis thosiba.
Tapi dari 3 tv yang kami ganti mesinnya, tak satupun dari ketiga tv tersebut yang sehat crtnya. Setelah melakukan cek sana sini, rupannya filamen Crt terlalu tinggi mendapat tegangan, jadi itulah penyebab Crt tak panjang umur.
Akhirnya setelah beberapa kejadian kami baru sadar kalau R untuk filamen terlalu kecil nilainya, solusi kami adalah mengganti R tersbut dengsn R bawaan mesin asli. Atau kita bagikan tegangan seminimal mungkin ke filamen. Makasih sudah membaca, Mudah-mudahan bisa berguna.

SERVICE MODE ALL TV part 2

* Service Menu #1
Press and hold the {MENU} button on the remote and the {MENU} button on the TV at the same time, until the first Service Menu is displayed. * Service Menu #2
Repeat the above sequence: Press and hold the {MENU} button on the remote and the {MENU} button on the TV at the same time, until the second Service Menu is displayed.

# Turn on the TV on and select the input that you want to adjust.
# Turn the display off.
# In quick sequence on the remote press: {MUTE} {1 } {8 } {2 } {POWER} buttons.
# The TV will turn On with the Service Menu displayed. ADJUSTMENT - TEST PATTERN - SET OPTION BYTE - FACTORY RESET
# Select the function and use the {VOL+} button to enter.
# Save settings and exit by pushing {MUTE} twice then {POWER}.

* Turn the TV off.
* Press simultaneously the {MENU} {VOL -} {CH -} buttons for about 8-10 seconds.
* The TV will turn on with the Service Menu displayed.
* Press the {POWER} button to exit.

-Press the {MENU} button and go to the User Menu screen, make sure that the indicator (arrow) is pointed and highlights the "Picture Control".
- The buttons on top of the remote are set to TV & VCR respectively.
- Set sleep timer to "0 " minutes and while it is displayed, simultaneously press the {VIDEO STATUS} & {DISPLAY} buttons.
- The main service menu will be displayed with choices #1 through #9.
- Press one of the corresponding number keys to enter that menu.
- Use the {CH+} {CH-} buttons to navigate within a menu.
- Use the {VOL+} {VOL-} buttons to change the values.
- Use the {MUTING} button to memorize the changed value.
- Use the {BACK} button to exit the service menu.
